Lex was raised in Utah around agricultural and construction equipment and learned to operate heavy equipment at a very young age. Upon completing a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUU in 1997, he relocated to Las Vegas and began working in the construction industry. After nine years of working for the same company, he teamed up with his business partner and purchased the firm in 2006.

In the infancy years of the business, Lex spent more time in the daily operations but now primarily focuses on the financial aspects as acting President and CFO. He has worked tirelessly to navigate the company through substantial growth and development over the past several years.

When asked one lesson he’s learned over the years at NDX he responds, “it really does take the entire team working together in unison, each individual contributing their best effort daily to create a successful company and culture.”

Lex has always felt honored to be a part of the Southern Nevada business community and strongly believes in the need for an organization to give back whenever possible.
